PH Paralegal Services is a TINY business, but HUGE in spirit. 

After working for attorneys in litigation support for over 20 years, Patricia Hernandez, owner, attended the paralegal program at the University of San Diego, which is approved by The American Bar Association. 

Soon thereafter, in 1992, Patricia Hernandez created PH PARALEGAL SERVICES, a tiny business, committed to service the California community with affordable paralegal help that does not require the attention of an attorney.

PH Paralegal Services offers you personalized service, therefore, I use the Royal "We."

In other words, you will be dealing with one person who will discuss the unique details of your situation with you to bring you a positive result. 

This person will be the only one working on your project. 

PH Paralegal Services will explain all working procedures to you so that you understand what to expect. 

Who We Are

PH Paralegal Services and you do not have to meet  in person to complete a project, if you are not local. 

With communications at the all time high they are today, we can work together by telephone, e-mail, and, the all important snail mail for signing documents. 

The law is uniform throughout the State of California.   PH Paralegal Services can always research the local county rules.
